Except for maybe two (entrance and leasing office), all of the street lights in Oakdale Square Apartments have been non-functional since April. This is a violation of Unified Development Ordinance, Section 21.301.07. Failure to maintain street lighting poses a safety risk to residents and pedestrian and increases the risk of property crimes.
Cracked sidewalk
A lot of pot holes and I am concerned about my elderly neighbors and grandchildren. The whole driveway needs to be fixed and not just holes filled in.
Pile of trash and shopping cart has been sitting here for days. Can it please be cleaned up?
One Coleman camper trailer and one utility trailer parked on lawn next to driveway since beginning of last week.
The two trees on either side of my driveway have branches that are starting to scrape our cars as we pull in. I have tried to clip some of them but the trees need to be pruned back from the trunks. The lower branches are obstructing our driveway.
The sidewalks beside trees are raised or cracked in front of 3 houses along this side of Carleton Ct.
Our toilet has been gargling and draining. Doesn't appear it be a blockage that we can plunge away, so just alerting in case it is a problem with the mainline.
