There is an alley between wylie and Dodds street that is used extensively by hospital employees as well as the four families that use the alley as access to off street parking. It needs patched. It has been in bad condition for several years. Considering the heavy traffic in this alleyway, it needs improvement.

Tenants at this property are piling up their trash on the back porch, and sometimes cover it with a tarp. There is also junk piled up in the back yard. Both you can see from the Alexander alleyway.
There is poision ivy growing around the bench and this property is open to the public the caller said. Poision ivy along the sidewalk as well.
