Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating that yard waste had been picked up but one of the bags had ripped and the sanitation crew left a big mess of clippings in his yard. Roy went and cleaned up the clippings but stated the bag had only ripped due to being very overweight.

This was a citizen e-mail: "The vacant property on the northeast corner of the intersection of West Cascade Avenue and Gourley Pike needs mowing. There is no sight distance for cars turning onto Cascade from Gourley due to the grass height."
Courtesy Pick up. Resident noted that she did put her trash out late. Advised that we would pick up the trash as a courtesy. JB picked up.
