Courtesy Pick up. On 4-14 resident at 1164 Regency called to state that their trash was not picked up. On 4-15-11, Roger Todd went out to p/u trash, none was out. RT also attempted to contact resident by phone with no answer.

Long grass. Trash piled next to back door adjacent to the sidewalk. Many limbs and branches down in the front yard. Trash is in the back yard.
