Courtesy Pick up. sent roy. resident is elderly and we missed her yard waste pick up and it had got wet turned over was blowing down street. We had a bad storm today.

Not out by 5:00 AM. resident said he put recycle out at 8:30-9:00 am because sometimes we don't come until later, I explained the rules of Title 6. He was nice said it was his error and he would put out for next time.
