A group of children were riding motorized bikes recklessly on the trail. They were coming very close to people walking and other children riding bikes. They were also doing wheelies and barely maintaining control of their motorized vehicles. I thought motorcycles weren't allowed on our trial systems in town?

The hefty parking situation next to/behind 2400 S Rogers continues to be an issue most weekends and many weeknights. This particular guest vehicle parks on the unimproved area next to 2400’s garage for more than 24 hours at a time, and they almost always block the alley with the back corner of their vehicle. This causes other cars to have to drive partially on the roots of an old growth tree on the neighboring property. The license plate is AD3250. I love to see neighbors enjoying community by inviting guests over, and I would love for them to continue having a good time. If they could park legally along the street without blocking street access, alley access, or mailboxes, there would be no issues. Please help others who access their homes through the alley to get home safely & help us keep the trees healthy.
The dumpster by garage 1 has garbage and a bunch of furniture that has been.there for a week. While you are here, please check all dumpsters in apt. complex. The trash here is relentless.
There is a significant pothole here, not wide but fairly deep, right where a car's left tire lines up when turning from the left turn lane.
