Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in said he had put his bottles in cardboard box for recycle( he has done this before) he did not have enough room in bin to put the bottles, we have taken his recyle like this before why not today. He said he was not bringing it back in the house he was leaving it out on the curb. He said this was nonsense! Sent man out to get and it was not out.

she was left a notice that she thought was marked "no TV/monitor" She didn't have a TV or monitor out. She only had 2 cans of trash. If the notice was supposed to be marked "exceeds 35 gal. limit", her cans are 32 gal. She doesn't understand.
Resident called in said we took her trash can lid it had her name in it and she wants it back. Radioed crew and they took her a used one
