The water in Griffy Creek behind this property is incredibly murky today - opaque and greenish grey and a couple new items of garbage have appeared on the far bank. The level is high and the water is flowing swiftly, and it seems less cloudy coming in under the road from the dog park. There were a dozen ducks and a heron frolicking in the clearer, cold water less than a month ago.
Parking meter # WALS406-A has what looks like 2 coins jammed into the coin slot. Meter will only take cards.
Encampment forming here. Several individuals, tents, trash etc. Also can you please just make a dedicated category to report issues with the unhoused and encampments. It is allegedly a priority for this administration.

The complex hasn't bothered to clear the snow or ice on the surrounding sidewalks for weeks. Very dangerous as the college kids walk this way to get on the IU bus and the snow (now ice) is all downhill towards the intersection.
On the east side of the house is a broken bunk bed and futon frame.
The tenants have left this building but there is trash everywhere in the back and in the front. She does not believe the owner supplies trash removal for this structure. She has had problems with their trash being everywhere.
