Touchdown Terrace cleared some of their sidewalks, but the west end of the building along 19th Street was never shoveled well. It has about 3 inches of uneven packed snow and ice, which is a hazard for most people over 25. Photo taken 2026 Jan 29 – 9:36 AM

Re: Case #208078 ... How is the report "invalid"?!? The sidewalk shown in the photo was never cleared. The sidewalk along the WEST end (near the alley) of the very long building is STILL covered with packed snow and ice – as of the late afternoon on February 2, 2026. This is now NINE days after the end of the last snowstorm.

Street Snow Removal

Touchdown Terrace: There is a complete failure to clear snow and ice from multiple and lengthy public sidewalks. First the city allowed this butt-ugly monstrosity to be built, and now the owners can't even be bothered to act like good citizens. It's a great example of allowing our city to be use as a mere vessel for corporate profit.
