Grass is unkept some trash behind the house. A contractor recently began work on the guttering and painting then quit. The contractor (Randy Richardson) told Mr. Eisenberg that the interior of the house is filled with trash, newspapers, etc. Mr. Eisenberg is concerned that this is a fire hazard.
Front yard was mowed a week ago. BACK YARD has not been mowed for two years. Elderly owner now piling trash and junk in the back yard. He also has a large dog chained in the back yard, and the smell of dog feces is very strong.
Occupant is Daniel Bynum. Neighbor believes he is in late 80's, and is very confused. Adult Protective Service told her to call us about yard. He is dumping garbage and newspapers in back, and lawn is unmowed. He lives alone, and Adult Protective Services will try to help him.
Grass has not been mowed at all this spring/summer.

Grass is very high and has been for awhile now. Ticket was issued in early August. Grass has not been cut and fine has not been paid. Caller said that the yard hasn't been touched.
