Tues-A( trailer park) Missed pick-up/other/recycling: He is upset because you didn't pick up his al. cans. A notice was left claiming cans were too wet. He thinks that the one crew member is just being difficult. Why?

The neighbors septic system has failed and runs onto her property. The Health Dept. also called about this. Property is a rental owned by Norbu.
Dumpster overflowing again in the alley near 416 N. Lincoln St. There is so much trash that you can't get thru the alley. American Sunbelt is responsible for having the dumpster emptied. (work with Jason)
Yard waste/ Yard waste can -- had sticker on -- was removed & put inside can, can not emptied.
Splash pan has come off of pipe.
