We hit this big pot hole causing the sidewall of our ties on our new Buick envision to blow. We are out $318 for replacement after I put the spare on. I have additional photos but it only allowed one upload. We are looking for reimbursement as this hole was very large and has reportedly been there we are told from others.
It is difficult to see traffic coming from the left when attempting to turn from Telluride onto Arlington in either direction. It is also difficult to see traffic from the right when turning left on to Arlington from the new SR 45/46 bypass exit. With the speed limit at 40 mph and people driving faster than 40 mph, both of these areas are dangerous to pull out from. Would it be possible to reduce the speed limit or at least add some signs to let traffic on Arlington know to watch for people pulling out? Thanks!
City maintained sidewalk is overgrown. This is within the area that has the chain link fence on the east. Numerous low-hanging trees.

This stretch currently has no pedestrian walkway on the north side, forcing people to walk in the street or on uneven grass/gravel shoulders to reach the businesses at Edwards Square Plaza. While a sidewalk exists on the south side of East 3rd Street, high-speed traffic in both directions — eastbound and westbound — makes it unsafe and impractical for pedestrians to cross over to use it. As a result, anyone walking on the north side currently has no safe option at all. Adding this sidewalk would connect an existing gap in the pedestrian network, eliminate the need for a dangerous crossing, improve pedestrian safety, support foot traffic to local businesses, and bring this section in line with walkability standards elsewhere in the area. Limb hanging into street needing cut down, please. Traffic has to go in other lane to get around it.
CBU came out on Saturday August 8th to address a water main leak! However they never returned to properly fill in the hole left in the ground or block it off for safety! There are a lot of dog walkers in the area who could easily fall due to the deviation in the ground! Please fix at your earliest convenience! Thanks!
