More than 1 week since the end of snowfall and this sidewalk is not shoveled.
It is well over a week since the last snow fall and the sidewalk is not shoveled. It may be that the new owner does not know they are responsible for clearing the sidewalk.
The public sidewalks along Parkview Apartments have improved, but most of the sidewalk is still covered with packed snow and ice. Two-thirds of the way along Walnut is now clear, but the "ice rink" at the northern end is still treacherous. The way along 19th has not been touched, even right in front of the Parkview entrance. It is unclear whether the entire sidewalk on 19th Street, all the way to Washington Street, is the responsibility of the same property owner. These photos were taken at 1:43 PM on February 4, 2026 – 11 days after the end of the last snowstorm.

Trash from behind Kilroy’s continues to be thrown/overflowing outside of the dumpster and into the yard at 318 N College Ave. This has been an ongoing issue, and the trash frequently blows into nearby properties. We are suspecting this is coming from Kilroy’s Sports Bar due to the amount of black straws and drinks found in the ripped open bags and scattered throughout the alley. (See attached photo)
House looks unoccupied, but owner is still responsible to shovel the sidewalk!
Dumpster on the alley (east side of building) is overflowing. There are two dumpsters in the same alley, both are mountains of trash.
sidewalk from b line to city hall is not accessible. not sure if it’s an official sidewalk but a lot of people use it.
My recycling can was missing a wheel when I retrieved it from streetside after pickup this morning. I don't see the wheel; perhaps it rolled off?
