Tenant (unregistered rental) at 1411 N Kinser reports that Jackson Heights Apts. has not been maintaining the back portion of the complex which adjoins his property. Large shrubs/bushes/trees on Jackson Heights property makes mowing very difficult. Mr. Guess said that if he is not home at the time inspector comes out to go ahead and walk in the back yard by the fence.
The person who called says that this a vacant lot and has not been mowed yet this season.
Customer called Insight to downgrade from Classic to Basic; her bill read "change of service upgrade $13.95"; cust. called Insight to question bill and was told it was to cover the cost of the tech site visit. Cust. feels she is paying more to pay less; she wanted to downgrade for financial reasons, and instead she paid the cost of a full month of service.
