Ms. Stidd called Mayor's office to complain about odor coming from Dillman. She says that odor is so bad they cannot sit on front porch. She feels that odor control should be part of the maintenance of the plant.

Shrubs at NW corner of intersection make it very difficult to see cars travelling south on Indiana while parked at intersection on 12th heading east.
lots of trash and card board and boxes along road , blowing across road could be a hazzard. this area fron fairfax rd to south rogers road that goes to clear creek before mays green house is the area.
