CUSTOMER WAS JUST CALLING TO REPORT THAT WHEN WE HAVE VERY HEAVY RAIN HE AND TWO NEIGHBORS HAVE SEWER BACKUP. THEY WERE NOT HAVING PROBLEMS AT THE MOMENT, HOWEVER.
