The bush on the southwest corner of Maxwell St and Tylers Turn has grown excessively to the point of blocking the sidewalk. The tree next to it also has some branches hanging low in the path.

The crosswalk buttons at the intersection of Patterson and Prospect Street do not appear to be functioning correctly. We have had several reports from our residents that they do not work. Additionally, we have a resident who uses a wheelchair, which makes it considerably dangerous for him to cross, considering that they don't work. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

I work at Griffin Realty, 735 S College Ave. There needs to be WRONG WAY signs to prevent drivers from traveling north on College Ave. I witness this all year long, but more during student move-in week. It's really bad

The residents at 812 S Morton blocked an ADA parking spot immediately north of their property with two trash receptacles and then moved them to have a large pile of mulch delivered to the space 30 minutes later.

Also has had signs of vagrancy with clothing and trash left behind. At our building we've seen more folks now resting on our stoop (ring camera) after hours and on weekends. Assuming this is a result of them not being able to access the next door property. My non-profit is a tenant of the building.
