There is a car parked on the corner of Zona Ct (on the right side when entering Countryside Ln), and has been there for at least a week. The car is not parked with proper distance from the yield sign, and is making it difficult to exit the culdesac safely.
The address above isn’t correct, I live at 8013 S Zikes Rd and the problem is the third house on the street. I believe it’s 8015....but it is a blue house with a carport full of trash and broken down furniture. This trash has been here for over two weeks! It was left behind by the previous tenant and never removed by the owner of the home before moving new tenants in. This is a pattern of this landlord. The owner he had in there a few years ago left dogs in the home to destroy the house and use the bathroom and infest the home with fleas! We struggled that year with our own pets due to the infestation! This house is becoming a nuisance and health hazard. It’s also an eyesore of the road! Is there something that can be done, we are tried of living next to a trashed home. It’s a health hazard!
Vacant lot on Zona Ct. (located west behind 2316 Cutter Ct.) has not been mowed all year. People using for a dump, and trash blowing into Ms Smith's yard.

There is trash at several houses on S. Yancy Lane.
On S. Yancy by the new Fire station off of W. 3rd St. there is a large number of cars parked on yards and public streets. The vehicles allegedly belong to the man who owned a used car lot in that area.
