703 E 11th St home has big hole in side window. It looks as if someone threw an object through the window. I saw it on my way to work at 11am, and it was unchanged at 6pm when I returned. No cars in the driveway so I just wanted to be sure whoever owns the house is notified.

I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. So is this amount of money belongs to me or next person who rent the house that I lived? If you let me know how I can solve this problem, it would be great. Thanks.
