Trash

For months upon months they will out trash out like this right after the trash has ran on Tuesday & just leave it, or they will sit it right outside their garage just piling up, to where the lid cannot close and it spills over. It blows trash in others yards for them to clean up the nastiness & is starting numerous pests, which is becoming very problematic, causes fellow neighbors pest problems as well. It would be nice if the would at least leave it all in their closed garage until trash day, especially when they set mulbags on the ground knowing the trash truck won’t take it if it’s not in the can. We would all appreciate it if something was done about this continuous problem. I have several pictures of this, but since it only allows one, I’ve attached the one with a time/date stamp from today. However, as previously mentioned, this has been out all week, they just keep adding to it. Thank you for your looking into this & your time.

This pile has been out ever since the trash ran last week, this is an ongoing issue, and you can only see it partially in the photo but animals have now gotten into the trash it is strong all over the place and the bags are tied completely off either again causing trash debris and mess to go absolutely everywhere. This Is causing a pest issue as well with raccoons getting into it and then some. We would greatly appreciate it if something was finally done about it.
