Courtesy Pick up. The landlord of this residence truned them over to hand because their trash was not being picked up. Today the crew talked to the resident and they had not been putting it in the proper place. The crew explained this to them.
Courtesy Pick up. I sent Dean and Matt out and they said trash was gone. Resident said they had to take the trash away themselves because the land lord was on them. resident called in said we keep missing him I checked with britt and he said they don't always have trash out, we have never written him up before. Resident said his landlord turned him over to HAND and they wrote him a $75 fine. Britt will watch this address next week.
