Good afternoon, I am with the Columbus City Utilities and we are shopping for new software. Our director, Keith Reeves, has always been a fan of Bloomington Utilities and we were wondering what software you use for customer accounts? How satisfied are you with it? Thanks, Chelsa Goben Lead Accountant
All the parking meters on the west side of Madison are completely defaced - they have black ink covering the display so that you cannot tell if/how much you have paid, and the green tag saying what zone for the mobile app has been ripped off. Is it ok to park there? Will you get a ticket even if you can't use the meter correctly?
Checking in on case #163126 which hasn't had activity for a month. Thanks
The street lines are barely visible due to the new construction of the condos on Hillside and S Henderson. The new lines were not re-painted very well or at all. It's pretty hard to determine where the turn lane begins or ends.
The street sign marking the intersection of W. 6th St. and N. Ritter St. has been removed and the post is knocked over.
I live at 1403 S. Walnut St. - the home owner east of our home (behind our house, directly across the alley) has cut down a large amount of trees on his/her yard and has not removed the debris. Worried that this may attract termites and other wood eating pests, as the debris is substantial and covers the entire back yard. Please help!
Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help. The street lights on Williams Court in Sycamore Knolls have been out for some time. I believe we have 2, one at Arden and Williams Court and another near the culdesac, and both are out.
There is a very large pot hole right before the B-line crossing when heading eastbound on Rockport. Hole is big enough to severely damage most car and light truck tires.
