Our neighborhood is being overrun by free roaming cats. I've witnessed firsthand cats kill song birds in my yard. I chased a cat the other day in an attempt to save a bird. I nearly hit a cat with my car last night because they just sit in the road. I don't know how to address the issue as people don't understand why it is a problem to let their cats roam free.
Our tap water has been brown for several weeks now. I spoke with my neighbor at 651 W Clover Terrace and they also are experiencing brown tap water. I've talked with others in the area and they are having the same issue. We're concerned about the water quality.
My neighbors have a dog, and the dog's feces are constantly on the carpet and even on the metal door (on the floor). They smoke marijuana, and my apartment is filled with those smells. They've caused me to vomit from the dog's feces, and I've had fatigue and headaches from smoking (usually at night).

Sunk in area on edge of road on east 10th street headed east between Woodbridge post office and smith road. Appears to have been patched but in bad shape- difficult to avoid hitting.
Bags/cans must have sticker attached. This lady called in and said the wind had blown her sticker in the street she found it and I told her I would have Matt get it on Friday
resident said crew missed her trash, stickers had blown off after the tornado went through and resident found stickers in middle road, Matt picked up Friday.
