Good Morning, can you please refer me .who i would need to contact.Our son attends IU, we signed a lease with Omega properties. And they are not cooperating with us. We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Recycling not properly sorted. Landlord for residence has called in numerous times stating that her tenants at 701-703-705 Woodlawn are not getting recycling pick up. Tenant has been unaware as to whether or not recycling has been placed out on time and claims that it is properly sorted. LS went out on 2/7 to pick up would be miss out and noted that the recycling was not properly sorted but did a one time courtesy pickup.
