This car has been parked and not moved in several days. It is in a residential permitted location and does not have a permit that I can see. It is blocking access to uber pickups for the elderly neighbor that lives at 713 W 7th.
I am reporting for my neighbor Linda Kelsey. She has a redbud tree in her devil strip that appears to be unhealthy or dying.

The back yard has not been mowed. There is all kinds of old furniture on the front porch.
