Poplar tree on S.W. corner of Wilson & Stull drops leaves all over yard of house close by. (not sure if 701 is correct address for location of tree) Complaintant said unable to keep yard clean due to this tree. Assume they want owner of tree to cut tree. Complaintant has not talked to owner personally.

The trash is located directly across the street on the west side from 701 E. Wilson. There are apparently several bags scaterred around the site and a vehicle (jeep) is parked in the driveway.

We have received several complaints on this safety concern. Street cut/storm drain repair work within most of the 3rd street bike lane has not been finished.
