Exceeds can limit of 35 gallons. Unacceptable container/PlEASE replace. 45 gallon. This resident CAME to Sanitation said he could not afford to buy a new can, he would just use trash bags, but was worried about animals getting in trash. He called later said he bought a new can and could we please pick up tomorrow. I told him if not tomorrow by 2:30, it would be Thursday by 2:30.
Neighbor called and says that there are refrigerator's in the yard that look bad and have the doors open and kids are playing in them.

They don't put out their trash out. They have 4 people living there. There should only be 2.
Trash not put out. Trash stacked up, animals are getting into it, it's an eye-sore. Ms. Hart called owner (Johnie Edwards) & nothing has been done. Thinks tenant is Regina Stogdill & Ms. Hart has not spoken with her this time but has in past.
