One square of sidewalk in front of the house was replaced last week. A pile of excess cement mixture was left on the lawn next to the replaced paving and has now dried. It is going to be a pain when mowing, and also looks terrible. Please send someone to remove and dispose of the excess/abandoned cement from the yard.

Trash has been sitting in the yard since last fall. Also look in the back yard for high grass and dead shrubs.

PILE OF TRASH BAGS IN THE BACK YARD AND ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE THE SOFFIT HAS SEPARATED AND IS IN THE ALLEY AND THE WOOD OF THE HOME IS EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS.
Neighbor says there is trash amd chairs on the porch roof and "stuff" hanging off the porch. Says the place is a mess.
