Water Utility Billing Problems

When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers. So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional. This new interface is NOT user friendly.

Late last month I made arrangements to have the city sanitation service pick up two old dehumidifiers this morning. Unfortunately when I got up this morning to set them out, I discovered I had no garbage stickers. (I put my garbage can out only about once every three months so I hadn't noticed). I deeply regret having made this mistake, and hope you will forgive me. I will call the sanitation office to reschedule a pickup in August or September. Thank you.

Just north of the entrance to Convenient Food Mart on N. Dunn Street at 17th Street is a deep, rough, car-shaking hole left by a company who had done work in the area. It is in the southbound lane. And just north of that, at the old entrance into the now-turndown apartment complex off Dunn, is a rough and deep cut across both lanes of traffic. the company who made the cut is one working on the new apartment complex. They threw some asphalt at the holes, but it is quite rough on traffic. to avoid the worst of the holes you have to drive into oncoming traffic. Help!
