The owners of this property have installed a lewd and in appropriate lawn ornament in their lawn depicting two mating deer. The male deer’s sexual organs are highlighted by red lights, making it more explicit. I am sick of driving by this with my young family. Please have it removed immediately.

I live at 6594 N Netha Ct Bloomington, IN with my two dogs. We have a fenced in backyard but to take my dogs out I must go through my front yard with them leashed to get to the gate. Last year my neighbor's dogs cornered me and my dog on our front porch and bit his tail. I called the nonemergency line ad sheriffs were sent to my house but the neighbors did not answer the door and the dogs were not home by the time they arrived. Since then I have dealt with them trying to get in my fenced in yard, and not being able to take my dogs out when they are outside. Today, my husband went to take out our 11 week old puppy and him and the puppy were cornered again on our front porch by our neighbors two dogs and they tried to take our puppy out of his arms. Our neighbors do not seem to care about their dogs coming and doing this and I am not sure what to do.
