There is a car that has been parked, and has not moved for at least six weeks on the side of the road. Silver Subaru, Forrester, Indiana plate 946CRI. The car has two flat tires and a front bumper. About to fall off.

There are what I believe are curb extensions at the intersection of Fess and Maxwell. At night, these extensions are not marked nor lit. When turning onto Maxwell off of Fess with oncoming traffic you are forced over to the side of the road. In my case, I hit the curb busting a tire and doing extensive damage to the car. I went back the following day and it is clear the curbs have been hit by multiple vehicles. Reflectors or other signage would be helpful for the unexpected curb extensions. Thanks!
The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings.
