Our water bill has grown exponentially over the last year and we cannot find a reason why. We have had plumbers out who can find no leak so we are turning to the water company to help us investigate.

There are numerous unhoused people that are loitering in the area throwing trash and garbage in this parking lot which is blowing into our property.
There is a construction crew working on an apartment complex on Gourley Pike, just west of Kinser. They are dragging a large amount of mud into the street and creating a significant mess. It needs to be cleaned up.
Caller states house is occupied, many cars, trash. Also says lots of trash at old Colonial Crest/The Arch on the old first floor level.
Also trash scattered about the property.
