Received an anonymous voice mail in ESD with a phone # 317-468-3545. He is complaining of a potential business going in at this address where there are tents & smokers in the back. His main complaint is the smoke generating from this location is annoying to the neighbors.

There is executive tree growth on cascades/city property that is over growing onto my house and yard. I have had 2 of the cities trees fall on my house and fence in the last year. The first tree that hit my house the city came out and cleaned it up and they told me that there was someone that was contracted to maintain that property but no one has ever cleared or cleaned it up. When I called about the second tree several times I got no response and had to cut up the dead tree myself. I know my neighbors are having the same issues after talking to them. Thank you in advance
