STANDING WATER IN BACK YARD
Sewer backup.
This house is empty ( it is for sale). It is in the 800 block of Whitestone St. in clear creek estates ( the woman could be specific). The back of the yard needs mowed. The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it. The neighbors have mowed the front and side yard, but they can not continue to do this. She just wants the yard mowed. The Real Estate Agency is Caldwell Bankers Dunn Real Estate.phone # 339-1151
Prius parked in yellow zone on Northwest corner of W 7th and Maple. Has been parked there all day. Creating a sightline issue for cars pulling into intersection Southbound on Maple.
People have been camping in the shelter houses at 9th St. Park for several weeks, if not months. I've been reluctant to officially report it but over the last week it's become a bit more permanent. And also a bit unruly.
2 bird scooters have been parked for 2 weeks in street near curb on south side of st. They are taking up a car parking spot
Hello. Would it be possible to have a street sweeper run up and down the hill on N. Oolitic Dr between W. 11th and W. 14th? Because of the construction, the road is getting really dirty with mud and dirt. It's dusty when it's dry and muddy and nasty when it's wet. I realize the construction isn't completed, but just a run-over at this point would be great. Thank you.
I suggest posting "no turn on red" for west bound traffic turning onto Range Road. Because of the cement barrier and narrowness of the road I have twice had cars interfere with and almost run into me as I try to make a left turn onto 10th St. on the green light.
Some signage or road surface markings would be useful at the intersection of 10th St and Pete Ellis/N. Range Road. The specific problem is when you're heading north. Pete Ellis has basically two lanes at the light. I'm not sure if there are any lane markings, but that's how everyone treats it. However there is confusion on what the lanes are there for. Most people treat the left lane as forward/turn-left, but some think the right lane is forward/turn-right. This becomes a problem when drivers in both lanes decide to go forward onto North Range Road, which has just two lanes. Because Range Road now has an outlet, it has seen more use in recent years, which is sure to increase even more when the hospital goes in. As such, I've either had or witnessed numerous close calls as people nearly sideswipe each other trying to go straight. It would be nice if there was signage indicating specifically what the lanes are there for. My suggestion is the left lane should be forward-left turn and the right be right turn only. Either that or some lane markings and arrows on the pavement itself.
