did courtesy pick up on 5/17. resident phoned utilities to complain that i was rude to her on friday. in fact it was just the opposite. bobby chestnut gave utilities shelby's cell number. shelby spoke with resident. jazz got on saturday. will be watching resident closer. never complies with stickers, weight, set out time.

This is the fourth instance that residence has been written up for trash related violations since 5-17-12. Today resident was written up for bags and cans not having stickers attached.
