Hello, Yesterday (Tuesday, June 28, 2016) a new sidewalk was built next door at 1119 N. Lincoln Street. The left over concrete was dumped in the tree plot at the southeast corner of my lot at 1125 N. Lincoln Street. I would appreciate it if you could see that this problem is corrected. Thank you, Kevin Haggerty
Residence at 1125 is in a severly dilapidated condition with considerable overgrowth of yard spilling over into the street and sidewalks. Plant growth is mixed with trash and crumbling areas of house. Results in a significant pest and insect problem for neighbors.

Weeds are very high and overgrown.
The sidewalk on 16th St is completely unusable because of the extreme overgrowth at the property. The N Lincoln St is very bad as well.

Yard at the house has been overgrown for years. This has been going on for years. Looks great when students are moving in the neighborhood. Why can’t the city do something about it. Why does this person get special treatment? If so then just get rid of CITY CODE.
More overgrown yard Looks like the house has been abandoned and probably has squatters in it. Again this has been going on for years. Nice how the city enforce the code so unequally. I understand the does have some leeway to interpret the code but this seems to fall outside of that. Drives Down the neighbors home values and or rental income.
