A deep gully has formed at the intersection of the alleys behind (west-side) of this house. It is deep enough to cause damage to a vehicle if a tire ends up in it. There is another somewhat degraded spot about 40' west alongside 802 N. College.
Always trash overflowing into the yard. Old furniture sitting out. Drug traffic. Have notice expired tags on vehicle.
Trash has been piled up outside for a few weeks and has been rummaged through. It is now spread out over some of the driveway. There does not appear to be any tenants living in the home.
Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash in the front of the house, but the "landlord" does not respond to complaints (Jeff Jones, Pendragon). Can the City do anything about it?
