Hello. I think our neighborhood is actually putting together a committee as so many people are concerned and keep complaining about speeding traffic on east morningside drive but we had a neighbor suggest a great idea of parking on the street or otherwise narrowing the street to slow down traffic, not just speed bumps. So ideas like https://www.smartcitiesdive.com/ex/sustainablecitiescollective/12-ways-slow-down-traffic-car-oriented-city/262221/. A neighbor suggest lines (or art) could be painted as an option to try. I forget what city it was but they simply painted parallel lines a few feet in from both sides of the road and it slowed traffic. Maybe this is cheaper for the city and can be tried? I hope someone from our neighborhood reaches out more formally soon and gives you all a call. I think we'll be part of the super cool 7-line someday? And guess we'll have something change then probably that hopefully will fix this. Maybe we can get the narrowing lines until then? The street is oddly too good right now, as it's clear and wide and easy to drive fast on! Can we get a random basketball goal and court painted? that would make cars slow down and think twice :) Take back our streets! Pleaes don't forget us. Thank you for making improvements to our safety in our neighborhoods! I drive like many, but there's no reason we can't slow down once we enter our residential neighborhoods.

This evening, 6/22/20, approximately 7:30pm, my wife, 9 yr old aughter and I were walking on the streets in our neighborhood (Grandview), when an off leash pit bull charged and tried to attack our 10 month old English Springer. The pit bull was , again, off leash and it’s owner did not have any control of this animal. Somehow, the pit bull kept narrowly missing in its attack of our puppy but knocked me down during the melee. This could have had bad outcomes. Our other dog, a 4-yr old female Springer, was also walking with us, not to mention my daughter and wife. I and my family were quite shaken up. I’d like Animal Control to talk to the pit bull owner. Their address is 3620 E Grandview Dr, Bloomington 47408. Being attacked on the street is dangerous. That dog should not be off leash and able to charge at people and their dogs on public streets. We have an older population in our neighborhood. Only by grace did my dogs and family not get hurt.

E. Moores Creek road has several very large potholes. They are dangerous to both vehicles and bikers.
East Moores Creek road is a heavily traveled road in the summer due to boating, biking and kayaking. It’s difficult to avoid the large potholes with so many vehicles with trailers with boats and kayaks. It’s dangerous especially for bikers.
The worst section is from the intersection of East Moores Creek road/Sare road/ Rhorer Road to about 1/2 mile past Cartop boat ramp.
Is it possible to get the road repaved?

The stop sign at W 3rd. and S. Fairview is grown over with weed trees. They are so large they are obscuring the driver's view of pedestrians at that stop sign. Could you please cut them (or some of them) down? Thanks.
