White 2-story house in the 700 block of W. 7th St. is boarded up, but someone has partially removed a board from the window at the rear of the property. Neighbors have been seeing people in the upstairs at night. The stairway area at the rear of the house, which leads from the basement to the outside is full of water, which is several feet deep. The basement must be full of water. Ms. Stanfield is concerned that a child could drown.
Treas called roof being replaced and water leaked in over night during rain storm, ceilings falling in, electrical fixtures full of water. F/D called
The house is vacant and has been for a long time. The window is broken on the east side of the home. There is standing water in the basement and the house stinks. Please call Jennifer Kulaga or husband Chris Jaffe @ the above number with the status.
Emergency vehicle personnel said inside of trailer is filthy -- trash, garbage, liquor bottles, windows boarded up. Water shut off since April 27, 2004. Hospital personnel reported problem.
trailer very unsafe, no water, no furnace-heating with space heaters, not stove cooking on hot plate, roof caving in (4 children in residence)
Possible unregistered rental. Caller says someone lives here but his parents own the trailer. Windows boarded up, no water, holes in floor. I advised her that this may not meet the threshold of an unsafe structure and was not necessarily a rental.
No electricity and no water.
Unsafe structure with health concerns (standing water, appliances, trash, weeds, open structure).
No running water. Basement wall has fallen. 4-5 dogs. Uses Back yard for a bathroom (after dark)
