Men's bathroom behind vending machines near ITS rear door: Accessible stall toilet seat is disgusting and damaged, apparently a regular water leak (or condensation) occurring behind same toilet.
My neighbors at 4327 w Gifford Rd. Bloomington IN 47403 leave their 2 dogs on the back everyday all day long with a couple occasions of them being left out all night. No one is home that I’m aware of. The temperature has dropped drastically and these dogs are left out long after dark from the morning or afternoon when they are initially put out. The back porch is cluttered. They don’t have any food or water left out for them. Again this has been an ongoing issue for a couple months now. I will attach pictures of the dogs and the address. These dogs are also tied down to a chair which could lead to them accidentally harming themselves.

Yesterday there were a few unsecured gas cans around the dogs, which were concerning as well”
Owner has left the dog outside in the heat all week. Neighbors have been giving the dog food and water. The dog howls outside all through the night. The owner hasn't been seen in days. The neighborhood has repeatedly notified the City of these concerns.
A family pet, basset hound, was left outside today with no water nor shade and she is now passed away at the end of her chain with a towel placed over her. This has happened several times in the past with the animal left outside, no shade, no water in heat waves and i have had to put water out for the dog. This time unfortunately it turned out absolutely heart breaking. I did not know of the situation until after the baby was already deceased.
I’ve walked past this very skinny dog who lives in my neighborhood. He is outside seemingly 24/7 with no water bowl or food. He looks very skinny and I’ve noticed multiple times that he had active hot spots on his side. I’ve never seen the owner out with him at all. Please send someone out to investigate this, he’s being neglected.

Residents of 1304 South Park leave their animal chained outside for most of the day without food or water. The dog is clearly in distress when left alone outside for extended periods of time. Please talk to the homeowners about not neglecting their dog.

haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months.
