three dogs are left in the front yard tied up to a fence and tree for extended periods of time. You can see the brown dirt they run back and forth in all day. I'm not sure why they neglect their pets. I am also not sure why they need to tie their pets in the front yard 5 feet from the street. The dogs do not have access to shelter, water, or food. They bark at every passing person walking by.
two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. There are no sewer drains for rain water. It all pools around my yard every time it rains. The road is worn down from trucks so the water just stays there for days eating away at my yard. I even see there's a line item on my water bill where I pay for run off water...why am I paying for it to just flood my yard? I've written about this once before because I also think a curb around my property would also help the problem.
Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Referred to as "ponds". This has caused an increase in critters and bugs in the area. I would like this request to remain anonymous please...
We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.
the road wrapping around my house (when bryan street meets Watson) is so worn down that when it rains, the water doesn't run off to the two sewer holes across the road, but directly back into my yard. It's been eating away at my yard. Also cars have now assumed the road is wider and cutting harder, also making my yard smaller. A neighbor said this is the place to request maybe a curb and the road repaved so water flows where it's supposed to. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. this building has been abandoned for quite some time. The utilities aren't even on (public records). Within the last couple weeks a group of people have moved in with quite a few dogs and puppies. They made a fence out of wire but the dogs keep getting out and roaming the neighborhood and being aggressive towards the neighbors. They've moved things out into the yard including a toilet. How are they living in this unit when there is no running water or electricity. Where are they going to the bathroom and how are they taking care of all these pets without running water. People are also coming and going all day. Parking their cars in the yard. The two constant people living there are often fighting and screaming at eachother late at night and causing a scene. This should not be allowed to continue. This unit should be condemned and knocked down.
