Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.

the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.

Mays Greenhouse blatantly disregards safety requirements and puts its employees at risk. The manager smokes cigarettes indoors, forcing employees to inhale second-hand smoke just to complete business functions. The water they provide to their employees is unfiltered and burns, likely due to heavy amounts of fertilizers and pesticides used in the vicinity. Lastly, compost and waste are burned openly making the air around the perimeter toxic to breathe. Multiple employees, have had health problems related to exposure to the variety of hazards.

Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. Unit 3502 Oaklawn Circle. These tires collect standing water which breed unnatural amount of mosquitos which can deform a baby in uterine and birds that eat mosquitos are in decline due to pesticides. Unit 3402 Oaklawn Circle

More than one person is sick with bronchitis in multiple units in the building. The doctor states that bronchitis can be caused by materials that pollute indoor air. I know that we all share one furnace where one unit has control over the temperature of all six apartments in the building. There was questionable contaminated water that was sitting in a unit for the month that the residents were getting sick; it was plunged down the drained Monday 11/7. Though the water is not there anymore, the health and safety of the ventilation & air quality is still in question. I also cannot open the windows easily to the whole apartment to let fresh air in (is that a fire hazard?)

Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. abandon residence entered by homeless, no electricity, water, heat graffiti on exterior of building. unable to find current owner via Monroe county GIS to request clean up and to secure building doors and windows broken into i am sure that soon it will become a health issue it already is a eye sore to to the area, now that it has been tagged by graffiti it is a open invitation to vandals to spread throughout the area i would like to request that the owners be required to clean up the area
