There is a pretty good size hole that was not properly filled in and paved after a Water Hydrant replacement on the opposite side of 1525 S. Sare Rd. This is potentially hazardous if a vehicle drives over this (especially at night as there is no street light. This has been neglected for several months and needs paved!
Pot holes in road, road in disrepair due to water line break - water meter / lid exposed in road
This sidewalk issue is on Brighton Crest, but the house faces Bennington Blvd. I have lived in the neighborhood (Gentry Honours) for 10 years and this sidewalk situation has been a problem the whole time. Their downspout drain sits right on the edge of this area, but also water and mud come down the hill from their yard. When it rains, it looks like the photo. When it snows or becomes ice, it’s terribly dangerous. Most walkers have learned to walk around it or move to the other side of the street to avoid it. I understand that before I moved here, the owners tried to correct it by digging into the easement and adding rocks. Unfortunately, it’s getting worse and a proper fix is needed. Thank you.
Big pothole southbound lane around water tank area
A few weeks ago workers put new tunnels for water flow under the road of Browncliff (downhill) and left the road in a very rough pothole state. Since then they have not been back. They should have come back right when it happened and should have not let it sit here for months to wait. Could you please look into it and send out a crew whenever weather permits. Hi. This area of Maxwell lane needs to be built up a bit higher to help rainwater drain off into the grass. This spot retains water for many days after even a moderate rain. People like to park on the grass which is fair since it’s on the city’s right of way, but it looks bad, splashes pedestrians and bicycles and I think could be improved with a minimal amount of work. The edge of the road just needs a bit of building up so water drains properly. Thanks. Fred Pavalko
Hello. When the team was here to repair the sidewalk two weeks ago, they left behind a washout bag full of concrete mix. Due to the rain, that mix is now filled with water and it is too heavy for me to lift. Please send someone to collect and dispose of the bag as the repair has been completed for over two weeks. there is a hole in S. Morton Street, formerly heat and round, about a foot deep. Others like it along the street have covers with the word"water." This one has no cover, is crumbling and the street around it is breaking up into the hole. I live at 748; this is in street just north of my house.
Near 659 S Solitude Ct the curb has a small circular hole cut that appears to be designed for water drainage. However it's 20 years old, does not have a screen over the hole and is clogged with dirt. So each time it rains a small pond forms then when the pond slowly drains it leaves a large mud flat on the street. Is this something you can snake out?
