Customer called Beth at Dillman Rd. WWTP on 12/10 and complained that water from her bathroom tap smelled "very peculiar." Customer could not describe the smell but did say she knew it was not the drain.
I contacted James last week since our water was yellow/brown when turned hot. He said to let the water run for a few minutes then put water from each faucet, hot and cold, into 2 clear water jars, from each faucet. The color is still present, but the water is much clearer. Our water pressure has dropped considerably this morning to the point where the water is just dribbling out the faucet.
Customer said water tastes "like minerals". SG contacted JR at CBU lab to have DS schedule sample pick up.
