Customer recently had new water meter installed. Since then water tastes & smells bad

Customer referred to SG by Mike Hicks. Customer advised Mike Hicks she has "rocks/sediment" in water at her residence.
DIRTY WATER
Cloudiness in water. Does not clear up after standing a few minutes.
BAD ODOR IN WATER. ALSO BAD TASTE
Water has had brown color since July.
Customer is experiencing a musty taste in water. Requested CBU flush hydrant at his address. Customer says he has experienced this before and has received adjustment to his monthly bill for flushing. SG advised if this has been done in the past we will adjust bill this time also.
Customer called to complain that they had filled their swimming pool and the water was brown. SG advised customer there was hydrant flushing in progress in his area.
DIRTY WATER WANTS CBU TO FLUSH FIRE HYDRANT, THIS HELPS. HE TALKED TO STEVE GLASGO AND STEVE CALLED NANCY
Ms. Kent called to report that her water has been cloudy for approx. 2 weeks. It clears up somewhat when she lets water run. She does not want to let water run a lot for fear of running up her bill. She would like someone to flush hydrant to see if water clears up. If it doesn't, she would like test run to see if water is okay.
