CUSTOMER HEARS WATER RUNNING, BUT SHE IS NOT USEING ANY WATER IN THE HOUSE
There was a water main break near Banneker earlier this week. Our water pressure has returned but even after running water periodically over the last couple days it remains very cloudy.
i live at 927 N Jackson St and we have no water pressure at all right now. It was working just fine earlier but now nothing.
Hello, there appears to be a leak for a water line under the sidewalk located between 920 West Kirkwood and 924 West Kirwood. The leak is located directly south of a water meter vault. During the recent cold weather, the water is freezing and making it hazardous for pedestrians to cross. Thank You.
Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
STREET DEPT PAVING AND SHE SEES WATER RUNNING WANT US TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT IS A LEAK
We had an ice buildup issue in the last deep freeze we’ve never seen before on 3rd st. Not even from the first deep freeze. Water runs from the location and house I tagged all the way down to 4th street and hasn’t stopped even as everything else has dried up post rain. Not sure if it’s a house issue or pipe issue but figured worth noting.
Hi. I just want to say that I really appreciate the Adopt-a-Drain program. I was told about it by a city worker named Kriste. Anyway, I've complained for years about the storm drains on Blair Avenue. They get clogged (mostly by grass clippings from people mowing) and then the rain doesn't drain well. For years I said, why doesn't the city clean these? I was annoyed about it because the water would carry seeds and dirt, which would collect in my gutter, and then the next thing I know I have to mow my gutter! lol! So for the past four years I've been cleaning out my gutter, muttering to myself about the drain, and then every now and then cleaning it out, too. When I heard about Adopt-a-Drain, I realized that I could handle that task for two drains on Blair Avenue that impact my yard. Kriste also taught me that the city has over 12,000 drains, far too many to handle without some help. So, now I know that I can help, and I'm glad to do it. Great program!
