The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

this building has been abandoned for quite some time. The utilities aren't even on (public records). Within the last couple weeks a group of people have moved in with quite a few dogs and puppies. They made a fence out of wire but the dogs keep getting out and roaming the neighborhood and being aggressive towards the neighbors. They've moved things out into the yard including a toilet. How are they living in this unit when there is no running water or electricity. Where are they going to the bathroom and how are they taking care of all these pets without running water. People are also coming and going all day. Parking their cars in the yard. The two constant people living there are often fighting and screaming at eachother late at night and causing a scene. This should not be allowed to continue. This unit should be condemned and knocked down.

The house is unsafe. Previous complaints on this address have not been addressed. They have a tarp covering a hole on the garage roof. There is trash all over the yard items that they've pulled from the trailer like a toilet that not just sits in the yard. They made a chicken wire fence to keep their dogs in but the dogs have gotten out numerous times(animal control is aware of the problem with the dogs). If they are renting from the owner then it didn't pass any kind of inspection to become a dwelling that could be rented out. It is also possible that they illegally turned the water back on to the trailer.

I live near this residence and it is becoming a major problem with yard waste trash.
IT IS LITERALLY THE MOST TRASH-RIDDEN PROPERTY IN BLOOMINGTON. This is by far, the worst propert in Bloomington. I've asked multiple times for the city to help, and nobody has done anything.
The front and back yards are littered with trash, and junk that he keeps piling up on the property, never attempting to clean up, or remove anything but continuously accumulating more trash.
The appliances and items scattered all over the property are filling with water and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitos which when mowing my yard, I'm attacked by swarms of them. This property is becoming a major eye-sore and pain for us on this street.
I have asked this person nicely multiple times if they could get this stuff under control, but they refuse.
Someone please help us. He seems to believe he lives "In the County" and not the "city" allowing him to live like this. This trash is affected all other residents around him.

What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site. Current owner: Mike Ross of Wow Food Group. Please contact him and ask him to either repair the building or secure the facility to prevent loss of life.
