Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.
Recyclable items not properly sorted. Sort paper from other bin is half full of water.
Letter rec'd. and phone call rec'd. stating that Mr. Vencel would like to appear water and wastewater bills for August and September 2004. They do not feel there were any leaks and want to appeal.
Tenants rent property at 413 S. Highland. Landlord (K. Norbu) says high water bills are their responsibility. He did fix leaking stool, however.

TX from customer service re rain water in basement and garage. Sanitary sewer installation crew removed driveway culvert during construction in 1986 and did not replace apparantly due to sewer line location directly under previous site of culvert.
