Water was coming up around the new cover installed (City water line) near our front yard- not sure if there is a leak but the neighbor came over to tell us about it last evening when she was walking her dog. 818 Estate Drive in Clear Creek Estates
I work for Mackie Properties, and we manage a rental at 828 S Harvey Dr. Our tenants reported a broken water/sewer cover in their front yard last month. My coworker left CBU a voicemail about the issue 8/30/22, but I don't think we heard back, so I wanted to follow up on having this utility lid repaired/replaced. Thank you!
This is a 3rd time this has been reported. We turned on the irrigation system for Brighton Pointe Sign today and it would appear there is a trickle on the city side of the meter. This needs to be fixed. At this point it does not seem to be registering as water used for Brighton but it should be fixed so as not to waste water. The leak is before the meter, maybe why the City didn’t locate it before? It isn’t making the meter run, but wasting water.

my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403. I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. Citizen (Mark Land) apparently contacted Utilities before but was not satisfied with the response-- he missed a water payment because he was on vacation and is upset that the situation cannot immediately be fixed. He already paid the past due balance, but water was shut off. He was told it could be turned back on by 6 or by tomorrow, and he just wants it on sooner rather than later. Call (812) 272-1500.
