Water heavily pools and looks very muddy at the foot of our driveway and down Sheffield and seems to be very slow to go into drains when it rains heavily.

Storm sewers are blocked by debris on the streets causing water backup on the road. The street needs to be cleaned and debris removed from storm grates.
Water smells and tastes like dirt. Going on week 2 of this issue.
When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can other job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.
Drain water and sewage water is backing up from the city lines up and out of the basement drains.
No water pressure.
Hot water was scheduled to turn on August 11th. It is the 13th and we still do not have hot water.
We have no water pressure this morning. Our faucets are barely dripping
For the past week, my water has been smelling moldy and tasting terrible. Is there a boil order I am not aware of? Thank you for any information you can give me. Sincerely, Diane Evans
Water is running a reddish brown.
